Speedy deletion of Image:0502.JPG edit

A tag has been placed on Image:0502.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:Image:0502.JPG|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Petraeus edit edit

I don't know if you're still alive, since you haven't edited in eight years and you only spent about six months editing. Looking at your edits, I'm guessing that you might have been doing a bio of Petraeus.

However, this has just come up.

An editor "Devoted(no space)American" removed your reference to Peter Galbraith being in the employ of the Kurdish government. The edit stood without challenge for years, but DA removed it. He or she has never posted to any other article in a manner that was not favorable or neutral to a Gailbraith family member.

DA's posts have come to recent attention because Peter is running for governor in VT, and a Wikipedia editor noticed it.

Here's the story: http://vtdigger.org/2016/06/09/devotedamerican-sounds-like-a-politicians-best-friend/ Activist (talk) 22:20, 15 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
