Proposed deletion of Daniel Gray (Entertainer) edit

The article Daniel Gray (Entertainer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable no results on google or daniel gray

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. NotedGrant Talk 14:46, 3 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:Invictus Official Album Cover.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Invictus Official Album Cover.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk) 08:01, 12 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Daniel Gray (entertainer) edit

Hello. Just to let you know this has been nominated for deletion, using WP:PROD. I had left it just with the notability tag to ive extra time, but as this keeps being removed without discussion, I looked further into it, and feel he doesn't meet WP:NOTABILITY. Best wishes, Boleyn2 (talk) 10:51, 13 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 11:56, 15 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Daniel Gray (Entertainer) edit

You deleted all of the text of the above-captioned article. Wikieditors cannot participate in the AfD if they do not know the content about which the are considering deletion. So, I have restored the content. Although, I have to admit being perplexed as to why you moved the contents of Daniel Gray (Entertainer) to About Blank. — SpikeToronto 07:57, 16 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of About Blank edit

Please do not move pages to nonsensical titles. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to learn more about moving pages, please see the guidelines on this subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Articles for deletion nomination of Invictus (Daniel Gray album) edit

I have nominated Invictus (Daniel Gray album), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Invictus (Daniel Gray album). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message.  Ravenswing  01:43, 26 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Canvass warning edit

Hello. It appears that you have been canvassing—leaving messages on others' talk pages to notify them of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote—in order to influence Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Daniel Gray (Entertainer). While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Remember to respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large.  Ravenswing  15:01, 26 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Daniel Gray edit

Hello. I hope you don't mind, but I've taken the liberty of creating User:YouCalledMeBeautiful/sandbox and have copied the Daniel Gray article onto it. This way it won't be lost to you and if he becomes more notable then you can recreate it. A sandbox is for working on articles before you put them onto WP, particularly if you're unsure if they meet notability criteria. Lots of people add a link to their sandbox on their user page. Speedy deletion nomination of Invictus (Daniel Gray album) edit

A tag has been placed on Invictus (Daniel Gray album) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

Problems with upload of File:Bianca and Logan.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Bianca and Logan.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you can't find a suitable license tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 23:05, 18 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Replaceable fair use File:Bianca_and_Logan.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Bianca_and_Logan.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please remove the tag.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Melesse (talk) 01:33, 19 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Daniel Gray Live Show.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Daniel Gray Live Show.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think that your page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. -- ТимофейЛееСуда. 22:54, 5 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
