I am at my friend's house. She is banned. I have created this account a long time ago. I know I haven't established myself as an editor yet but I promise to do productive edits with this account. I have been reading Wikipedia for years so I think I know how to be a good editor. Since Wikipedia assumes good faith especially on new editors, this unblock shouldn't be a problem. You should probably edit at home? Is this policy? I haven't read anything about this. But Wikipedia's guidelines requires users to assume good faith. Just because I am at the banned user's house does not mean I shouldn't be allowed to edit. Its like saying someone who lives at her house can't edit either. It's bad manners to ignore your host and play on the computer, when you're a guest. Also, I'm quite certain that you are the banned person, yourself. Anthony.bradbury said to edit on another IP address. How can I edit on another IP address if FisherQueen has already blocked me? In other words, you need to unblock me so I can edit. I am telling you that I am not Jessica. I have already gone to another IP address.

Quite honestly, your account might not have been blocked directly if you had let the first unblock request go once it was declined. But you continued to raise the issue, suggesting that the connection was more than incidental. So, Fisherqueen directly blocked your account, and I think that was a reasonable decision. The above is accurate; I have indeed directly blocked this account as an obvious sockpuppet, so Jessica will not be able to use it from any ip at this point.
