Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Chinese honorifics. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Hello: I am blocked like below (by Materialscientist), with no expiry set. My main interest/concern is phonetics/linguistics. So, I hope to introduce my homepage (* Comparative phonetics ) at External links of the article "Phonetics, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phonetics#External_links_and_references", but Materialscientist seems to refuse discussion/forum on blocking me. Materialscientist will know who I am. But I don't know who Materialscientist is. It is unfair. Current world/university (& Wikipedia) phonetics/linguistics theories have many significant defects/errors; but they refuse discussion/talk. The Arbitration Committee has carefully considered the user's appeal and has declined to unblock at this time. After six months of not editing Wikipedia under any account including IP accounts the user may again apply to have the block reviewed.
