Nomination of Rybicki Press algorithm for deletion

If the text was written by an expert in a relevant field, that's great, it probably meets WP:SPS, but you need to be able to actually show this. The source you gave was an uncredited one-page extract from a larger document, hosted on Dropbox rather than anybody's personal website - who wrote it, and where is the original? --McGeddon (talk) 08:27, 20 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
