Zychlin (Hasidic dynasty) edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Zychlin (Hasidic dynasty), and it appears to be very similar to another wikipedia page: Żychlin. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. December 2007 edit

Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia articles, such as those you made to Żychlin (Hasidic Dynasty), even if your ultimate intention is to fix them. Such edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Jauerback (talk) 19:43, 14 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. If you continue to blank out or delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to Żychlin (Hasidic Dynasty), you will be blocked from editing. Jauerback (talk) 19:49, 14 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Help? edit

Do you need help with your edits? It seems like you are attempting to make edits in good faith, but you're going about it wrong. Jauerback (talk) 19:53, 14 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

You were deleting large portions of the article without an edit summary, so there is no way to tell what your intentions were. Also, just because you created the article, does not make it yours. Did you discuss any of your deletions on the article's talk page first so a consensus could be reached? Perhaps some other editors(s) felt the additions were relevant. I'm not here to judge that. However, all I saw were mass deletions of text without explanation. I reverted those. Jauerback (talk) 18:51, 9 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
The more I look at this article, it doesn't look like you created the article, but rather, you simply moved it. Does a an article about the city of Żychlin exist anymore? Jauerback (talk) 18:59, 9 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
Okay, as I look deeper, I think I'm understanding this slightly. You did create the article, however there is no article about the city, itself. I would suggest creating a separate article about the city of Żychlin and moving all the relevant information to that article. Right now, there seems to be confusion (not only from me) on what this article is about. I don't know if the dynasty will stand on it's own as an article separate from the city (I assume it would, but I'm not an expert). Anyway, if you need further help/advice let me know. You can upload an image through the "Upload file" link on the left of your screen. Be sure to put the correct licensing tag on the image. The upload file link should walk you through how to do that. Once again, any questions, let me know, and I'll try to help. Jauerback (talk) 16:38, 10 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
