Welcome!

Hello, YINever, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!  DGX 06:11, 30 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please explain your revert on the Varela Project page, and more importantly, your edit summary. Reverting without discussion is not considered acceptable by many users, please address these issues on the talk page of that article.--Zleitzen 23:49, 4 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Vandalism edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thank you. RevolverOcelotX

Note to fellow administrators - It isn't vandalism, it is a content dispute. The issuing party has been engaged in revert wars without discussion from either parties with this user at The Epoch Times and Mao: The Unknown Story, leading to me having to protect the aforementioned pages. Please refrain from removing content from Wikipedia, as you did to The Epoch Times. It is considered vandalism. If you want to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. RevolverOcelotX

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert an article to a previous version more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. RevolverOcelotX

You are in danger of violating the three-revert rule on a page. Please cease further reverts or you may be blocked from further editing. RevolverOcelotX

You're not fooling anyone. You're making tendentious edits to Asia and China related articles and attempting to "warn" anyone who opposes you to stop making completely legitimate reverts. YINever 00:11, 5 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
You're good at copy-pasting templates, but not so hot on pointing to specific violations. YINever 00:24, 5 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Protection edit

I protected some pages because there was high level edidt warring without any discussion or rationale provided on the talk page. Blnguyen | Have your say!!! 01:25, 5 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

I'm keeping an eye on this nasty battle, so don't remove the warning tags please. If they are invalid, then I will mark as I have done above so that other administrators and users can see that the warnings are invalid. Thanks, Blnguyen | Have your say!!! 06:34, 5 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

RFCU edit

Your comments ended up in the middle of Prodego's summary, where a casual reader might mistake them for part of the summary. It would have been better to put them after. At this point, I think there is already enough evidence in the complaint, so I suggest waiting for a checkuser admin to decide whether to take the case. If more evidence is needed, we will let you know. Thanks. Thatcher131 11:00, 5 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

User Conflict You Were Involved in edit

I noticed that your comments had been taken out of context on User talk:RevolverOcelotX. Revolver and the anonymous user have been duking it out for a couple of hours on my talk page. I have posted here with my response. Let me know what you think. --Alphachimp talk 07:09, 25 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
