Hi, you didn't post a specific question, so I assume you are confused about the link you posted. The page we are on right now is User talk:Xiechaoqin. This is your user talk page where other people on Wikipedia can leave you messages and discuss Wikipedia-related issues with you. You can check out other user's talk pages by clicking on the "talk" link that is usually part of their signature. When you are creating page "Example", the title becomes "Creating Example". This means you are creating it, not just reading it. When you edit an existing page, the title becomes "Editing Example".
