--Xhendyc (talk) 13:12, 19 April 2017 (UTC) Please I need some help to review my sandbox. My article was deleted in 2015, i wish to know if there something wrong now to continue with the article. Thank You very much. --Xhendyc (talk) 17:52, 19 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

The problem is that your article back in 2015 was deleted as a copyright violation. Your new draft is basically identical to the deleted page (and thus to its source, too), and there is still no evidence of permission. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously; we need evidence that our content is freely licensed. Thus I'll unfortunately have to delete the draft. Huon (talk) 20:49, 19 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
By the way, you should take the time to take a look at WP:PAID. If you work for Javier Echecopar, directly or indirectly, you will need to disclose that. Huon (talk) 20:52, 19 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello Huon! Thank you very much for your help. I wish to know how or what can I do to solve this problem. Can you help me please. I work directly with Javier Echecopar. I need someone to guide me to solve this problem. Can you please? --Xhendyc (talk) 20:57, 19 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

As I said above, if you work for Javier Echecopar, you will need to disclose that, preferably by adding a note to that effect to your user page. For more details on the disclosure requirements and the best ways to satisfy them please see WP:PAID.
Regarding the deleted article and sandbox, we need evidencer that the copyright holder(s), likely the author and translater, have released their work under a free license that allows everybody to re-use and modify it for any purpose, including commercial purposes. WP:Donating copyrighted material explains how to provide evidence of such licensing. You should also consider that due to the conflict of interest, content written by Echecopar, or by people working for him, may not make a good encyclopedia article. Wikipedia generally prefers content based on independent sources, not what the subject of an article wants to have said about himself. Huon (talk) 22:06, 19 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Javier Echecopar edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Javier Echecopar requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.javierechecopar.com/docs/bio_ingles.pdf. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. reddogsix (talk) 22:55, 29 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
