Xc1181 is clearly editing in good faith (not vandalizing) and in all instances that were reverted, including at least one reference. In some of the reverted edits the reference did not meet WP:MEDRS requirements, for example, was about animal research. In others, the text content went beyond the conclusions of the reference.
