File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Sm supermalls.png
editThanks for uploading File:Sm supermalls.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 03:18, 3 August 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 03:18, 3 August 2010 (UTC)

editPlease stop making test edits to Wikipedia, as you did to SM City San Pablo, Inc. It is considered vandalism, which, under Wikipedia policy, can lead to a loss of editing privileges. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. 69.181.249.92 (talk) 23:24, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. 69.181.249.92 (talk) 23:31, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. If the edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Truthsort (talk) 23:40, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
Hi there.
editI see you've been making some edits to some articles. Would you mind explaining the difference between SM City San Pablo, and SM City San Pablo, Inc because it looks like the same thing and on Wikipedia there's no real reason why we need two of the same article. Thanks :) Steven Zhang The clock is ticking.... 23:47, 7 August 2010 (UTC)

editPlease refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing at SM City San Pablo. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you.Canterbury Tail talk 01:28, 8 August 2010 (UTC)
Please stop attempting to fork the SM City San Pablo article to SM City San Pablo, Inc. Such attempts are against policy. If you are having issues regarding the content of SM City San Pablo, please discuss them on the article talk page.
If you continue to revert the redirect, you will be blocked from editing. Consider this your final warning regarding this matter. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 06:10, 8 August 2010 (UTC)

SM City San Pablo
editI know it is SM City San Pablo not SM Center so that the reason I asked for the deletion of the SM Center San Pablo. You also keep on using wikipilipinas as your source. If you will look the floor plan of SM San Pablo it is just really a small mall even if it is already been converted from SM Center to SM City. Please accept the fact that SM San Pablo don't have gross floor area of 80,000 square meters. It is not as big as SM City Santa Rosa. If you're not contended w/ the gross floor area of SM San Pablo here in wikipedia might as well leave it the gross floor area info blank and wait for more info that its gross floor area is just 34,409square meters. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Arthurchanning (talk • contribs) 17:24, 8 August 2010 (UTC)

License tagging for File:SM City San Pablo Facade.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:SM City San Pablo Facade.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

editHello. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Doc talk 20:29, 6 November 2010 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on File:SM San Pablo Perspective-1281334710578.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. — ξxplicit 21:25, 6 November 2010 (UTC)

Copyright Violations
editIt's very easy to prove that portions of text (as well as images) you have added to several articles are blatant copyright violations, and this is strictly against Wikipedia policy. Editors are not permitted to cut-and-paste text or images from copyrighted sources and claim them as their own work. Please refrain from doing this again, and do not restore material that has been deleted because of copyright violations. Editors that engage in this are usually blocked. Thank you. Doc talk 07:28, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
Your addition to SM City San Pablo has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Doc talk 20:28, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
