February 2009 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Hinduism in Indonesia. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Please use summaries to explain why you are removing text - otherwise you will be reverted if you remove without explanation SatuSuro 23:02, 18 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your kind words and I was kind of wondering what are the important articles to read before editing a page on wiki or starting an article for that matter.

Oops edit

Sorry I used a generic warning - and should have said that I was not reverting your edit but simply asking for edit summaries.

Please note the welcome and comment about edit summaries (please note that talk items go at the bottom of the page) were to not defend the content of the article - I am sure they were sections that needed to be removed - I was simply - with the welcome message - alerting to the importance of edit summaries when removing text.

So thank you for cleaning up the article - it is always a problem when anyone might make statements without WP:RS or WP:CITE and simply put in WP:Weasel words or even contraventions of WP:NPOV - your removal was in fact a valid and important contribution.

Thank you and I will remind myself to use the edit summaries and how to post tags the next time I edit an article.
