Although some of the references suggest that he may potentially be notable, the article doesn't explain it - please have a look at some other Wikipedia articles and expand this to establish why he's notable enough to be in an encyclopedia. Being a company founder, being a member of the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia, being a technology enthusiast, being an animal rights advocate, and supporting entrepreneurship in the Middle East are not things that instantly establish notability.

This is right on the edge of passing WP:N. However, we don't quite have enough quality references. The National Observer story is great, as is the Arabian Business article. However, many others are not WP:INDEPENDENT, including Entrepreneur (written by an officer at HRH's company) and houseofsaud.com (official dynastic website). Others are merely WP:ROUTINE mentions (e.g. Reuters), or not WP:RS (e.g. plantbasednews.com). Without doing much background research on my own, I assume this could be brought up to passing quality. Please don't hesitate to leave a note on my Talk page if you have any questions.

Hi Wpkbwc - in addition to some sourcing, there were also some manual of style issues with your submission. To save time, I just went ahead and created Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal in mainspace. I've also taken the liberty of nominating it for the Did You Know section to appear on the front page of WP here; Template:Did_you_know_nominations/Khaled_bin_Alwaleed_bin_Talal.
