Thanks for the question! I've removed these people, not because they're *bad* or otherwise can't be listed at all, but because (1) it's common to have such a list for communities, but (2) because the list is meant for notable people. This idea of "notability" doesn't simply mean what you might find in a dictionary; you can find it defined at Wikipedia:Notability — in short, being the focus of multiple independent secondary sources. With people such as Nora Dunfee and Harley Warrick, there are no articles on them, so we can't demonstrate notability.
