Hi KylieTastic, more references have been provided detailing the subject's activities. The profile subject is a leader of a local council development area in Nigeria, which is equivalent to a county in the USA or a district council in the UK. Therefore, his role is equivalent of that of county executive in USA or a district council leader in UK. His people are eager to know more about him; therefore, they often search for his name on search engines. Wikipedia, being an authoritative source, will help the people learn more about him, so he is worthy of an article on Wikipedia.
Thank you very much for taking time to go through the draft. Love and light. Wordbender (talk) 18:25, 9 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
  • Hi Wordbender, thanks for adding more sources however note all new articles on Wikipedia have to show the subject is notable (See WP:N) which in most cases requires significant coverage (WP:SIGCOV) in multiple independent (WP:INDY) reliable sources (WP:RS). For a politician of a local council development area they would not count as automatically notable as higher level politicians do (see WP:NPOL). Btw good job explaining the equivalence level vs the USA and UK as we don't appear to even have an article on Nigerian local council development areas. Leaders at such a level may still be notable but we need the sources to show this - the key is all four points in "significant coverage in multiple, independent, reliable sources". Beyond showing notability all details are required to be sourced, even more important for WP:Biographies of living persons, and you only have sources for the last section. If you think they are notable as set out by the guideline Wikipedia:Notability (people) please add more sources for the rest of the claims and resubmit for review.
