A couple of comments about WikiAlpha edit

  • I see that on pages taken from WP you are properly referring at the top to CC-BY-SA; but at the foot of each page and on the front page it still says "Content is available under Public Domain". That is misleading and untrue - the most you should say is something on the lines of "Content is available under Public Domain unless otherwise stated at the head of the page."
  • If you copy articles which are marked for deletion here, you will get a lot of advertisements, self-promotion, things made up in school one day, garage bands still looking for a drummer and so on; if you want to host that sort of thing, that's up to you. But there are also personal attacks, of which we get a regrettable number. We work hard at filtering those out, and the New Page Patrol and the system by which a {{db-attack}} tag puts them in a high priority queue for admin attention mean that they are mostly gone within minutes; but a few survive longer and might be picked up by your skimming bot. If it is only taking articles tagged for PROD or AfD, that should not be a problem, but if it is taking articles from the speedy-deletion queue, I suggest you need to do either or both of the following: set your bot not to pick up anything tagged {{db-g10}} or {{db-atk}} or {{db-attack}}, or have your own New Page Patrol-type manual scan to weed out attack pages.
