When work is moved live the expectation is that it will be complete or at least complete enough to where the article would have enough information to explain the topic and enough sourcing to establish notability. • I've deleted the sandbox copy because of the plagiarism issues. I'm also concerned that the article was only sourced with a primary source. In order to show where this is a notable algorithm you'll need to show where it's discussed in multiple independent and reliable sources. • Hi - I received a notification of this. As stated above, the only way to establish notability for this would be to show where the algorithm has received coverage in independent and reliable sources. Keep in mind that the sourcing will have to specifically discuss the algorithm - if it doesn't discuss it then it can't be used to establish notability.This algorithm was fairly recently created so I don't think it would have been covered in anything published prior to this point. If this is the case then these sources can't show notability for the technique. There's also the issue that if this is being used to back up major points for the technique then this would be seen as original research.

To be very honest, I don't see where this is a notable topic at this point in time so it's too early to put this on Wikipedia. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 13:17, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
