Note

This is a note in case you did not see the post at WP:SOAPS about the following AfD: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of fictional supercouples. Your opinion is needed. 176.227.199.34 (talk) 00:49, 9 April 2012 (UTC)

The note above does not specify which side I am on and I am alerting editors of the WP:SOAPS project or editors who have been involved with the list, which is allowed. Read acceptable forms of WP:CANVASSING. Apparently, the WP:SOAPS project isn't as watched as it used to be or there would have been more people from there commenting by now. 00:56, 9 April 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.227.199.34 (talk)
Also, canvassing is a guideline. Thank you for your time. 176.227.199.34 (talk) 01:00, 9 April 2012 (UTC)
Okey dokey I have read the policy and there's a lot of grey in there. If i recall I put Damien Spinelli & Maxi Jones in there years ago and it was removed due to lack of proper sourcing. I do very little editing of soap-related articles now, and certainly nothing about supercouples. --Wlmg (talk) 01:05, 9 April 2012 (UTC)
Okay. But you should still be able to give an opinion on whether or not the list should remain. Editors like User:George Ho are always trying to get rid of soap opera articles or articles having to do with soap operas, so it's always good to get pro-soap opera article editors commenting on related matters, even if they aren't heavy editors. 176.227.199.34 (talk) 01:11, 9 April 2012 (UTC)
George Ho aint the only one you could include me as well. Since so many soaps have recently gone off the air we have to ask ourselves if keeping fancruft is really worthwhile. Wlmg (talk) 02:45, 9 April 2012 (UTC)
