Redwall series edit

Hi there; yes, another editor had inserted a one-line insult and destroyed the existing redirect. All fine as is now.--Anthony.bradbury 21:44, 6 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Zahkila Magazine edit

Hi. I noticed that Zahkila Magazine is being created by User:LegendsMedia which is probably the same "Legends Media Group" listed in the article as the publisher. I'm against blatant advertising, but I did try to give them some encouragement to improve the article by moving info about the editor, which is its own article, into the one about the magazine. Just my two cents. --EarthPerson 23:20, 6 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Short SB/5 and Sort SB5 edit

Thanks for your comment / merge recommendation. I would like to remove the Short SB/5 entry altogether, now that I'm *beginning* to understand how this Wiki thing works. Thanks. TraceyR 23:04, 7 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

OK, I have redirected SB/5 to SB5. TraceyR 15:25, 8 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Vandalism to Dave Baksh edit

Or then again possibly not.

Take a look at this edit. It's phrased a little stridently, and some of the references given look pretty dodgy, but I find this fairly convincing. It looks to me that the edit you condemned as vandalism, was not. If it indeed wasn't vandalism, I'm not surprised that you took it for vandalism, in view of the IP's behavior elsewhere. Well, have a rethink. -- Hoary 08:30, 11 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I've reverted the reversion of the alleged vandalism perpetrated by this IP in this particular instance -- though not elsewhere. And I've added references for the claim, too. But I've left him blocked, for misdemeanors elsewhere. Still, you may wish to retract that particular charge against him. -- Hoary 09:00, 11 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
