Perhaps include more information about how the inhibitors work not just listing them, especially since you have stated that as one of your goals for improving the article. What you have so far looks good. I think in such a technical subject such as this you don't want to go through explaining every part specifically, which is the way you have written it. At the same time, it is important that you give the reader the resources to find the information that they are not familiar with. Chinny11, Thank you for the feedback, that is the direction I was planning on taking my project. I am working to make sure what I believe is the general inhibition is similar for most of the inhibitors. I am finding that there are not enough similarities to do a very broad example, but I plan to go into greater details on what appear to be the main ways these domains are inhibited.

Cdnbyu, I agree with you that I need to make it so it is more general and not specific. The only problem is the functions are so drastically different it is hard to give a general overview without detailing some specifics. Please continue to give me feedback about what is too specific. Also thank you for the suggestion to add the links. I have already begun to do this for the existing article and plan to make sure I have links in the paragraphs I add to the page as well.
