Welcome! edit

Hello! Welcome to Wikipedia, Wingbullet, and thank you for your Contributions thus far! I hope you like it here, and decide to stay. While you're finding your way around, you may want to look at the help contents to get oriented.

Here are some things to remember:

  • You can edit most any page in Wikipedia if you see something you wish to change; simply click on the "Edit" button on the top of a page. For more information, see the editing help.
  • Registered users have the ability to create new articles. If this is something you would like to do, please take a look at Your first article for help on getting started.
  • Always sign posts you leave on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~).
  • When you edit, Be Bold! If there is something you think should be changed, change it! However, when making a major change, make sure people agree with what you're doing by asking on the article's talk page.

If you need help with anything, or just have a question, you can ask me at my talk page, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Alternatively, you can put this code: {{helpme}} on the bottom this page, and type your question below it, and someone will be around shortly to answer your question.

Happy editing! Robert Skyhawk (T C B) 04:58, 14 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for File:Softonic screenshot.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Softonic screenshot.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 17:05, 16 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Softonic screenshot.jpg edit

Thank you for uploading File:Softonic screenshot.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. KrakatoaKatie 04:36, 25 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
