Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 210.55.200.180. Unable to edit from loggedin account within school network. School network block is ok and agreed with, but logged in accounts should have access. The school network is not an open proxy. Wing5wong (talk) 03:41, 28 August 2018 (UTC)
