Wewf edit

A tag has been placed on Wewf, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please note that external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article don't count as content. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.   Welcome, and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test on the page Newcastle Falcons worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Thank you. ⇔ ÆS dt @ 07:37, 14 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

  • Never mind. I see what you were trying to do there. You were adding a couple of images to the article, and I saw the Example picture and thought it was a test edit. I put your edits-in-progress back. ⇔ ÆS dt @ 07:40, 14 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

External links to http://www.worldlegowrestling.piczo.com in Piczo‎, Bebo‎, Google‎, Manchester United F.C.‎. edit

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Piczo‎. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. ⇔ ÆS dt @ 08:04, 14 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Image:Arsenalfc.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on Image:Arsenalfc.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free image with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria.

If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the image can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{non-free fair use in|article name that the image is used in}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the image. If the image has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:Image:Arsenalfc.jpg|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Orphaned non-free media (Image:Fabregas.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Fabregas.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:26, 16 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

June 2013 edit

Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Gonzalo Higuaín, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mattythewhite (talk) 15:13, 17 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

April 2014 edit

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to X (Ed Sheeran album) may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 15:10, 26 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

January 2015 edit

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Liverpool F.C.. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion.
