Writing about yourself

edit

Please do not use Wikipedia to write about yourself or link to your own web presence elsewhere. Doing so is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies and conflicts of interest. —Largo Plazo (talk) 10:36, 26 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

This still holds true, including with respect to adding yourself to lists. Largoplazo (talk) 18:10, 17 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at List of clarinetists, you may be blocked from editing. I can't understand, why it is impossible to post my biography in english, if there are two oder versions - in German and in Portuguese already published ... also in the German list of clarinetists ... Already explained above. Also, see WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS. First, other Wikipedias have their own guidelines and are patrolled by different people. Second, the fact that your articles and listings there haven't been deleted doesn't mean they aren't eligible for deletion. Largoplazo (talk) 11:09, 20 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
