I joined UCKG in 2012. I was initially a Catholic. I did not know much about the church and the more I read about the church after the experience I have had in the church the more I know for sure I am in the right place. You must be strong to withstand the minute scrutiny my church has gone through given that it is a new church and the tremendous personal growth I had in this church. To be honest money is not an issue, and the day the world realizes this then we will solve most of our problems at whatever level. The big issue is self value and worth which embodies virtue and character with a clear conscience, which if half of the world population had this world would definitely be better. Charity is not a worth course as it delegates the receiver to being unworthy in self realization and condemns the receiver to hopelessness a very demeaning state. I would rather receive self esteem than a million dollars or any money for whatever cause which is what I have received in my UCKG church. With self esteem I can make enough to survive or even live comfortably. I personally do not advocate for charity to anyone. I would rather if anything give them the means to make their own which is what I have learnt in this church which is very enlightening and self fulfilling. If a person can come from streets and make a successful life what other opportunities are not within. It matters not at what state you are in the mere belief that you can make it and sheer will power to do so that is in each one of us once is realized is very empowering and at the same time humbling.
