Proposed deletion of Sairu

The article Sairu has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. Suitable references for Sairu

As a brand new editor, you may not be familiar with Wikipedia's standards for what is a reliable source. I recommend reading the article about it, because what you have been adding to the Sairu article will mostly be removed. Blog posts and YouTube videos are not generally reliable - there is no editorial oversight, they are self published, and they generally are not verifiable. I would hate to see you spending your time on something that will just be removed: better to go for good quality references that will stick.--Gronk Oz (talk) 22:42, 1 January 2016 (UTC)

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Sairu, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Before removing a maintenance template, discuss on the article's Talk page to agree with the other editors whether the problem has been fixed. If you don't understand what it means, then ask - do not just remove the template. This is very disruptive to Wikipedia. Gronk Oz (talk) 13:39, 3 January 2016 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Sairu

The article Sairu has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

References do not prove notability, most of the references are from personal websites such as Facebook and others are from YouTube.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Sairu, you may be blocked from editing. Again, you have removed the maintenance templates from this page without making any attempt to discuss the problems on the Talk page and gain a consensus. This is getting very disruptive and makes it harder to evaluate the proposals to delete this article; if the article was in better shape, it would be clearer to editors what the claim to notability is.
