Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

It has been over a year since that account was deleted. I was 17 when I created it and I was being stupid about editing. I am trying to write helpful articles while making helpful edits. I will only edit the pages I know very much about and will work with other people on Wikipedia before editing it. I am now 18 and I am extremely sorry about the actions that I have done in the past. I made a new account not realizing or trying to break any rules and I would be happy if you guys would consider letting me back onto the site. I would also like to add that the edits I have made on this account so far have been helpful and you may check my edit logs to verify that. WikipedianHelper123 (talk) 00:32, 6 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Your original account was not deleted. Indeed, accounts are never deleted here. Until that account is unblocked, you personally are not permitted to edit Wikipedia. Given your block evasion, you'll likely want to take advantage of WP:SO. In order to do so, you need to go six months with no further block evasion, then apply under your original account. I see you were so abusive that you lost talk page access there. Given that, you'll want to use WP:UTRS. Yamla (talk) 10:47, 6 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

How do I appeal that? I was trying to figure it out but apparently that is cross-wiki abuse? Am I never allowed on Wikipedia again? WikipedianHelper123 (talk) 00:56, 6 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
You will need to send an email to stewards wikimedia.org. ⟲ Three Sixty! Talk? Work. 14:23, 6 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
The only way you will be able to edit Wikipedia again is if you successfully appeal the block on your master account (i.e Elijah Wilder). An appeal will not be considered until, at the very least, you meet the requirements of the standard offer.-- Ponyobons mots 20:59, 7 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
Alright, thank you. WikipedianHelper123 (talk) 00:39, 8 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
