Managing a conflict of interest edit

You have an obvious conflict of interest and you must declare it. If you are paid directly or indirectly by the organisation you are writing about, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. - You must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.

Thanks for uploading File:Midas Civil.png, which you've attributed to MIDAS Information Technology. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

In the talk page for that article, you said
"Dear DGC, check the links below, Wikipages from the same industry. You will find most of the pages cited with their own pages. Few of them have just sole citation from their own website. Furthermore, they put more information than us, even if they brought the information from their website.
Therefore, I don't see what was the point of requesting speedy deletion. This wikipage has only 74 words. Compared to wikipages below it has two solid websites to prove its existence. I am aware Wikipedia is not a platform for promotion. And there is no such words nor sentences which may bring profits to this company.

But 1.There are many hundred thousand articles in WP accepted in earlier years when the standards were lower that we need to either upgrade or remove. The least we can do is not add to them. 2.Proving existence is not enough. A business organization has to meet the requirements in {[WP:NCORP]] 3.If you think you can write a sufficiently substantial article with enough high-quality references, write it in Draft Space. - @DGG: He did write in draft space and Fastily speedy deleted it per WP:U5. I've got friends in civil engineering and Midas Civil rings a bell, though I might be getting confused with Motorway Incident Detection and Automatic Signalling which has the same acronym. In any case, this source namechecks the product in relation to the surveying and reconstruction of the Ponte Morandi, so we definitely can't use any speedy deletion criteria. Hi Mer-C, I have few questions about my situation, that I am blocked from the text I edited on my own. In matter of the fact I have talked with many Wiki volunteers in October considering speedy deletion and notability. We have solved all the issues regarding commercial advertisement. Text has been edited several times and reposted. So I don't what was your point of blocking me here, for the reason that I was writing a commercial promotion text about this company.
