Johnny Ward edit

I moved the article to Johnny Ward based on WP:PRECISION. Unless there is another (WP:DAB suggests at least two other) article about people with this specific name, the plain name (rather than with parenthesized area of notability) is best. Solves the problem of how best to identify him too:) DMacks (talk) 18:16, 1 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

If Bilby, an administrator in good standing, states that you are then the community will not accept that as an answer. Either be honest and disclose who's incentivising your linkspam/advocacy or the length of the block will be extended. Coffee // have a cup // beans // 13:46, 26 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

If he doesn't want to make them public here, he can submit them to WP:Arbcom by email. I have reviewed your edits and I find the spamming to be systematic and hence I find it rather difficult to believe that there was no incentive. You will have to come up with stronger arguments to counter Bilby's claims. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 19:14, 26 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
The problem is your Fiverr account. I don't normally provide a link to off-wiki accounts, as I don't wish to reveal any personal information about editors, but in this case you don't see to have much personal posted there beyond country of origin. If you are ok with it, I'm happy to post the link. Otherwise I can post it to ArbCom as Kudpung suggests, and they can evaluate it as an independent party without revealing anything personal. - Bilby (talk) 00:17, 27 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Wikilinking edit

Hi, and thanks for your work on the English Wikipedia. Just a short note to point out that we don’t normally link:

  • dates
  • years
  • commonly known geographical terms (including well-known country-names), and
  • common terms you’d look up in a dictionary (unless significantly technical).

Thanks and my best wishes.
