Happy new year!
editNo, I don't hate you, I just wasn't too happy with what you did. But heck, that's all in 2007; time for a fresh start, I say. Now, about your lightsaber picture request; a picture of a 'real' lightsaber (from the movies) would most likely be fair-use. I'll look around on deviantart... in the meantime, what color do you want it? Master of Puppets Care to share? 21:24, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
- How does this look? As a basis, of course. I can just add the text. Also, remember to sign your edits. Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP!☺ 20:43, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
Future Pokémon games
editHi Wikidude57! First of all, happy 2008! Secondly: your message on the Pokémon talk page was removed. I admit it was a nice idea, but Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a games blog. Also, as you might know, none of these games, let alone their release dates, have been actually confirmed yet. Some users do not understand however that Wikipedia is not a crystal ball: the Pokemon platinum article for example has already been created and removed several times. But anyway, as a Pokémon fan, I'm nevertheless looking forward to these games (if they ever really appear). Cheers, Face 09:36, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Wikidude57 "Luke, may the pie be with you!" 15:56, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
- I suggest you withdraw your RfA. In short, do some contributions outside of your username space, try RfC at a much later date, then you can try admin coaching before requesting adminship. « ₣M₣ » 16:07, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
- Also, see Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship as an aid. « ₣M₣ » 16:16, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
- I also suggest you withdraw your RfA; at this point I don't think many users would support you, simply because you've only been here for a comparably short amount of time. Try building up your edits and learning more about Wikipedia. As FMF suggested, admin coaching might be a good idea. Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP!☺ 22:37, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Misplaced support in my RfA
editHey, just noting that you placed your support in the "neutral" section of my RfA, perhaps inadvertenly. Cheers, Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 18:08, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Your userpage
editSure, I could help you design it; however, I'd suggest you get some more Wiki-editing (mainspace, etc.) before you get too serious about your userpage. Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP!☺ 23:51, 13 January 2008 (UTC)

RE: Image, barnstar, sig
editYour signature looks awesome, thanks so much for the barnstar, and I'm still trying to find a good image which abides with copyright policies; needless to say it isn't too easy. I sent some emails out; if I'm lucky people will respond. As to uploading images, just read over WP:IMAGE for basic policies and guidelines; be sure to pay close attention to those rules, as copyright applies on Wikipedia. Hope that helps, Master of Puppets Call me MoP!☺ 22:57, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
- User:Master of Puppets/Sig is every sig I've ever used, I think. Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP!☺ 00:07, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
- WP:UPLOAD should be able to explain everything better than I can; just make sure you understand the copyright information and all. Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP!☺ 01:18, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
- I can't find a good one that's free to use, so I can't really make a pic. Sorry! Master of Puppets Call me MoP!☺ 00:34, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

editYes, Master of Puppets is an administrator. And congratulations on your 300-edit benchmark! G2.0 USA contributions 21:56, 21 June 2008 (UTC)
- I just saw that question, too, and will point this out: At the bottom of MoP’s user page linked above, you will notice the category Wikipedia administrators, which is a usually-accurate indicator of adminship. To be certain, however, you can use the Special:Listusers tool to verify admin status. Cheers —Travistalk 15:38, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

Hey!
editHi there! :) Just got around to replying to some messages, and I thought I should leave you one too. First off, it depends on how you define 'good'; for example, I'm better with sorting stubs then writing full articles, so in that sense I'm a good editor. If you mean overall, I'd say you're doing ok; you may want to run by the official processes a bit more (WP:AFD for example), and you should be fine. In terms of graduation, you can graduate at any time; I'm not a strict adherent to the whole adoption thing in the sense that I'll help you whether or not you're my adoptee. :) Anyway, how was your summer?

Adopting
editHmm.... I don't know about whether you should adopt someone or not, as that's your choice. Ideally, you should have knowledge on a few areas of the Encyclopedia and know where to get more. If you feel you can do that, then sure! :) Though I may give you a little quiz if you decide to. Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP! :) 01:52, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

- Well, archiving can be done in two ways; you can move your talk page to a new archive, or you can copy and paste the section you'd like to move and use it to create a new page. The first one is easier but it kills the page history; the second way keeps the original talk page's history intact.
- As for questions, what area of Wikipedia do you help in the most (I'll know what specific things to ask you this way)? Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP! :D 22:23, 4 December 2008 (UTC)
