Speedy deletion nomination of File:AKL Poster.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:AKL Poster.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a copyright violation of https://www.justwatch.com/in/movie/agathokakological and has no credible claim of fair use or permission. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Why would you do this? At least clarify things before you do anything like this. You don't even get it , the copyright violation you are claiming is a streaming platform which has copied the contents from IMDb site. https://www.justwatch.com/in/movie/agathokakological.. You'll find the same poster in different social media, that doesn't mean everyone has copyrights. By the way, I'm the producer of the movie and I have all the copyrights. It is about you, unfortunately, because in this edit to Agathokakological, you wrote "This is the official poster and I as the producer of the film own the copyrights." In accordance with the Wikipedia policies I linked to above, you must immediately cease editing Agathokakological and any other articles connected with you and your work, and you must also immediately disclose your conflict of interest at User:Wikicd24. Whats wrong with you, when a pic was posted earlier, you got a link of a streaming platform and mentioned its already there and I don't have the copyrights. And that too for speedy deletion, you couldn't even research for the authenticity. That itself was wrong thing, its a poster in public domain and its available on IMDb. Search for things there. I believe you wont allow me to post anything at all, because you are not researching for facts and authenticity you are searching for reasons to delete. You're welcome to edit or create articles, so long as you stick to Wikipedia's policies, which have been agreed by consensus by many editors over a long period. Wikipedia:Conflict of interest is a long-standing Wikipedia policy, and so is Wikipedia:Copyrights. What I thought was a copyright problem has turned out to be a conflict of interest problem. I had shared the message of deletion of the poster with the producers and I had copy pasted the message I received from them.

Also they had sent couple of new posters to be used. One which tried posting along with the message. That's the mistake I did.

As I've not done many edits, it led to this situation. If you want to clarify things, do visit the links provided in the references. Its the maiden venture of the production house and its disappointing for them to go through this situation. Kindly help. Wikicd24 (talk) 08:58, 13 June 2024 (UTC)

I'm sorry for the disappointment, but as I said, the problem we have now is a conflict of interest. This will be taken into account when the draft article is reviewed, and I won't review it this time, as it was me that moved it to draft. Well it says it'll take 3 months time "This may take 3 months or more, since drafts are reviewed in no specific order'.

I'm feeling very bad for this.

Did you check this - https://www.justwatch.com/in/movie/agathokakological The one you thought were owing the copy rights of the poster.

"We try to add new providers constantly but we couldn't find an offer for "Agathokakological" online." - This is the message on the site. They don't even stream the movie.Its a pirated one.

And you wanted a speedy deletion. Don't you think you made a mistake?

If the poster was found in any official website I could understand, but you thought pirated site have the copy right.

Anyways please allow others sometime, don't be in a hurry to delete.

At least inform and let others respond.
