Just wanted to say, nice job with the article! I've edited it quite a bit for formatting and referencing, among other things, if you want to take a look. In terms of referencing, I'd recommend always using in-line citations when giving sources, as bits of information can be directly linked to their respective source. You can see how I've done that in the article.

Also, if you'd like, you might be interested in WikiProject Video games, whether to use for help or to join. It's a collaborative project of people interested in editing video game articles, and there's always work to be done that you can find there. If you ever need anything, let me know! File copyright problem with File:High res logo.png edit

Thank you for uploading File:High res logo.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 07:34, 11 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia and copyright edit

Hello WikiNiels13, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to Starpoint Gemini Warlords has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. However, there are steps that must be taken to verify that license before you do. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are public domain or compatibly licensed), it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at the help desk before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you can, but please follow the steps in Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. czar 18:26, 23 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Adding low-quality citations edit

Hi! In response to this edit, while adding good citations to articles is always appreciated, it's generally not worth adding citations to primary sources such as iceberg-games.com, store.streampowered.com, etc. Wikipedia articles should be based on reliable secondary sources when possible (e.g. magazines, news articles, books). It's fine if some claims in the article remain uncited — these statements would be non-controversial anyway, the Verifiability policy in particular says that inline citations should be added to "any material challenged or likely to be challenged". -- intgr [talk] 16:57, 19 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Draft:Railroad Corporation concern edit

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Railroad Corporation, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:24, 11 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Draft:Railroad Corporation edit

Hello, WikiNiels13. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Railroad Corporation".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Proposed deletion of Pax Nova edit

The article Pax Nova has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No reliable independent sources to provide WP:SIGCOV. WP:BEFORE shows that this does not even have reviews on Metacritic, which would be the minimum.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
