Suggestions for improvement

Very useful, but it could use a bit more context.

I would like to see a more verbose description at the bottom of the page giving us more context.

Made-up examples:

• "The discontinuity in 2011 is an artifact caused by the counting method changing"
• "The discontinuity in 2011 reflects a mass desysopping [link]"
• "The difference between inactive1 and inactive2 is that inactive2 doesn't count page moves as activity"
• "The raw data used to create these graphs is here: [link]."

Another suggestion: Take a look at the file history to see how I modified File:Wikimedia Foundation financial development multilanguage.svg to make it more accessible to editors who are colorblind. --Guy Macon (talk) 16:22, 25 May 2018 (UTC)

@Guy Macon: It's OK using that webpage. I may experiment reverting to traffic lights but with well spaced intensities as I believe this simpler version is able to be understood without colors. Have I covered your other suggestions? Widefox; talk 15:34, 18 August 2018 (UTC)

Everything looks great. The way you have placed the labels means that the reader doesn't have to look one place, note the color for inactive admins, and then try to figure out which line is that color. Because of this, I think that you can go back to the traffic light colors -- they do look better. --Guy Macon (talk) 20:10, 18 August 2018 (UTC)

Looks a lot better to me. With your labels, it is even clear what is waht when the page is printed on a monochrome laser printer, which some people argue is the most commonly encountered "colorblindness" situation. Good work! --Guy Macon (talk) 01:59, 19 August 2018 (UTC)
