See WP:YFA and gather as many independent reliable sources that have significant coverage of Indika Wickramarachchi and then write a draft that uses those sources. You have misunderstood how Wikipedia works

As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia summarizes information that appears in independent reliable sources with significant coverage showing how a person meets Wikipedia's special definition of notability. Wikipedia has essentially no interest in anything you or I want to say about anything. It is only interested in what reliable sources have published about a subject.
