A little about myself,

I have been editing wiki for about 1 year now, (under an ip), But decided to have a user name so as to fend off weirdos who may try to track me down using my home ip ( I saw something about this on 60 minutes once)

sock puppet?

edit

Coven

edit

I wouldn't worry about the comments on the page - the user in question was blocked for them. In general it's better to ignore comments like that, in my opinion. Orpheus 16:09, 28 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits

edit

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 16:12, 28 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

A sock puppet is described here: WP:SOCK. Basically, if you're editing Wikipedia in good faith and you're a genuine person then you've got nothing to worry about. Orpheus 16:14, 28 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Signing posts

edit

A helpful hint - when you sign posts, do it only at the end. Use four ~ characters, like you do, but just have one signature and put it right at the end. Like this. Orpheus 16:05, 1 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Removing deletion review edits

edit

Please stop removing my comments from the Coven deletion review. You are welcome to disagree, but removing or changing my comments is vandalism, and could lead to your being blocked from editing. Precious Roy 16:13, 1 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi Wiccawikka. Please do not remove AfD and DRV comments of others as you did here, here, and here. Everyone is entitled to post their comments and if you disagree with then, you may post a reply comment. Deleting others comments during AfD and DRV is inappropriate. If you continue to delete others comments at an ongoing WP:XfD or WP:DRV, an administrator may block your edit access to Wikipedia to permit those processes to continue without interruption. -- Jreferee t/c 18:22, 2 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

WP:WQA

edit

Hi there. Did you mean to add your WQA comments to the section regarding username removed by -- lucasbfr talk 21:38, 12 October 2007 (UTC)? I assumed that since you were talking about Roy, you meant for your comments to go into this section, so I was BOLD and moved them there. Let me know if I missed something. Cheers, --Bfigura (talk) 16:16, 1 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
