Translators Available Spanish-to-English

Hi my name is Jeff. I notice you on the list of Translators Available Spanish-to-English

I have been working alot on various article related to FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. One of most resent (last October) people place on the list is Eduardo Ravelo. I think this article would benefit a translation into Spanish, as he heads the Barrio Azteca gang operating out of Juarez, Mexico and is a Mexican national. However, I do not know any Spanish so I am not able to request a translation to Spanish on Spanish Wikipedia as directed to do so by Wikipedia:Translation.
