Speedy deletion nomination of The One-Man Trekker edit

Hello Wesbrooks,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged The One-Man Trekker for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Ishdarian 23:50, 28 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Wesbrooks. I got your message on my talkpage and yes, Wikipedia does have guidelines for inclusion. Topics have to be notable, and in the case of One-Man Trekker, need to meet the criteria of the web-content specific criteria. Also, articles need reliable sources in order to verify the content included. A great place for you to start getting information would be the first article guide. It breaks down a lot of the information you'll need to know into managable chunks. If you have any other question, feel free to drop me a line on my talk page. So it isn't the subject that is the problem, it is the reliability in my formatting?

Actually, it IS the subject. Right now it makes now claim of significance which makes it eligible for speedy deletion. Even then, there doesn't seem to be any independent coverage of the podcast to help establish notability. Ishdarian 00:26, 29 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Makes sense. Well this has been educational. If my page is deleted, could I ever again recreate the page and develop it to fit the proper parameters?

Absolutely. The best place to go would be Articles for Creation. There are a lot of dedicated editors who volunteer over there and can provide you with feedback as you develope the article. Ishdarian 00:36, 29 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Thank you.

September 2013 edit

Hello, I'm Mark Arsten. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Logan Bartholomew, with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Mark Arsten (talk) 02:34, 18 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Mark. If I removed anything, I am not conscious of it. This is what I added, "In 2013, he took over the role of Jason Stevens from Drew Fuller, in the prequel/sequel to 2007's The Ultimate Gift, The Ultimate Life." How do you think I removed anything, and what did I remove? Thanks. Wesbrooks (talk) 02:37, 18 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
In this edit you deleted the infobox from the article, so I reverted you to re-add it. Were you trying to do that? No worries if it was a mistake. Let me know if you have any questions. Mark Arsten (talk) 02:45, 18 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
It was indeed, a mistake. I thought I was deleting blank space, as it appeared on Beta Edit. What specifically needs to be restored? I don't recall what was there to begin with. Sorry for the trouble. Wes Brooks 02:49, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
