hey can u tell me waht "dab page" is? Werlox 08:51, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation, or dab in short, in Wikipedia and other Wikimedia Foundation projects is the process of resolving ambiguity... read more...? --Oblivious 11:52, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

is my contribution on MIFCO still not up to standed. if so waht do i need to do? Werlox 15:23, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

The problem with your article, at the moment is, like HellFire (who tagged it {{advert}}) said "it uses the first person". For example the second paragrah reads...

Mifco is committed to the development of the fisheries sector. Mifco has consistently striven to emphasize the uniqueness and environmentally friendly nature of the Maldivian fisheries sector by emphasizing completely on Maldivian nature of Mifco’s product range. Complementarily Mifco continues to undertake numerous efforts to facilitate & alleviate the daily ordeals at its operational centers by continuous modernization of its fish collection facilities.

...this tone isnt very encyclopedic. It should sound encyclopedic and must have notable facts. Rewrite and it'll be good. Hope this helps. --Oblivious 15:45, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

ok thanx. ill rewite the article in the near future. Werlox 15:58, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Boduberu.gif

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Boduberu.gif. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Orphaned fair use image (Image:TVM logo.gif)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:TVM logo.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.
