Proposed deletion of Ark Sciences

The article Ark Sciences has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable company. Only possible claim of notability seems to be the creation of a particular drug, Zeuterin, which is just a newer version of . Notability is not inherited. 3 of 4 references (as of 23:30, 24 February 2014 (UTC)) are either not reliable and/or not independent.
