Hi, WatsonKat, you asked me about formatting references in Ctenophorus cristatus. I've edited the article, but I didn't add any of the references. I'd like to help, but I'm not sure what exactly you're finding to be unique/non-standard about the referencing in the article. References currently in the article could be improved; e.g., for A Complete Guide to Reptiles of Australia, it would be better to use the template {{Cite book}} than the current style that has the reference data in plain text (and I see you've used cite book in your sandbox).

For journal articles, I'd recommend using this tool, which fills out {{Cite journal}} once you've entered a DOI for the journal article (and you might want to alert your teacher and classmates to the existence of the tool). 19:46, 13 April 2021 (UTC)
