Thanks for uploading File:List Labs Logo.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

You would make life easier for yourself if you read your first article. I've fixed some of the basic MOS errors, but I'm not clear why you have just produced bullet point lists, encyclopaedia articles should be written in proper sentences. The article title is wrong too, no Incs, Ltd, Pvt, LLC or whatever.

There is absolutely nothing in your text to suggest that the company is notable. You give a number of employees in the infobox, but not in the text, and there is no source. The company definitely isn't notable on employee numbers alone anyway. Having patents or trademarks isn't notable, and the list just looks spammy. You give no financial information, such as turnover or profits, so no obvious notability there either.

This is a typical company-posted effort; a bit of history and a list of products/trademarks/patents to tell us what you sell (at least you've avoided the other promo thing of having a list of supposed achievements and awards), and the only verified fact that suggests any sort of notability is the Innate Immunity article, which you could expand on a bit (in sentences), although its own, that's not enough to show notability though.

Because you have kept me in the loop, I'm not deleting this version yet, but it needs improvement, and another admin might take a different view about deletion, so you should get on with that. It may be that your company really isn't notable enough for an article here, in which case there isn't much you can do.

We typically use review articles, major textbooks and position statements of national or international organizations (There are several kinds of sources that discuss health: here is how the community classifies them and uses them). WP:MEDHOW walks you through editing step by step. A list of resources to help edit health content can be found here. The edit box has a built-in citation tool to easily format references based on the PMID or ISBN.

1. While editing any article or a wikipage, on the top of the edit window you will see a toolbar which says "cite" click on it
2. Then click on "templates",
3. Choose the most appropriate template and fill in the details beside a magnifying glass followed by clicking said button,
4. If the article is available in Pubmed Central, you have to add the pmc parameter manually -- click on "show additional fields" in the template and you will see the "pmc" field. Please add just the number and don't include "PMC".

We also provide style advice about the structure and content of medicine-related encyclopedia articles. The welcome page is another good place to learn about editing the encyclopedia.
