Harzé Castle

edit

Hi there - it's great that you're adding good content to these articles: I'm really glad that someone with an informed interest is working on them. I'll leave Harzé alone, as you're still working on it. Most of the present Belgian castle "articles" :( were apparently created ages ago as a sort of automated sub-stub dump, without any useful information in them, and I'm just trying to go through, tidy them up and bring them up at least to decent stub standard, but you can obviously add much more than that. If it would be useful I'm happy to copyedit - please just ask. HeartofaDog (talk) 12:37, 8 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your support. I'm very pleased with your offer to make a combined effort to get some substantial information in these articles. By the way I will travel quite regular to Belgian sites and get all informations I can get, as done in Harzé. But pe patient, as I have no so much time to work on the Wikipedia. --W.Mechelke (talk) 10:17, 10 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

I'll have some more castles waiting for editing. I will add more details and literature on Monday. --W.Mechelke (talk) 23:05, 2 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Awesome. If you want me to copy edit those as well, please drop me a line on my talk page and I will gladly do them :) --Skamecrazy123 (talk) 23:37, 2 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thanks. Great Idea. Sounds like a good teamwork. That's what Wikipedia makes so special. These are my projects: Château de Vizille, Château Neercanne, Kasteel Neubourg, Château de Graaf. I will drop you a note. --W.Mechelke (talk) 12:37, 4 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please do. As I said, I am more than happy to copy edit them for you whenever they are ready to be looked at. --Skamecrazy123 (talk) 14:09, 7 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Château de Vixouze, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Auvergne (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Europe 10,000 Challenge invite

edit

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:10, 7 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for this new article. Note that it is currently an "Orphan" meaning that no other Wikipedia articles link TO it. This makes the article tough to find for interested readers. See WP:DE-ORPHAN for details. Some more citations are needed too.
