Since it is copyrighted, you can use in an article if all fair use criteria are met. "No free equivalent" is difficult to be fulfilled in the List of India ODI cricketers, as free images of Indian cricketers are available. I uploaded image:Som Nath Sharma under "use rationale". I am not sure about the copyright policy in India, "may be" the copyright expired, because the person has expired 60 years ago.Have to confirm before moving it to 'Commons'.-- Raghith 04:34, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

But the problem is that the reference has been given on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma's page on You Tube and you know that we cannot add it . But how could it be added in such an huge amount in this article:Devon Ke Dev - Mahadev. I need one more help, I have created this article: Samta (India) and made Samta a disambiguation page. 	The IPL WikiProject's Monthly newsletter
News Project Coordinators have been chosen for effective administration of the project. Dipankan001 has been chosen as the lead coordinator. Vibhijain and TheSpecialUser has been elected as the coordinator and the vice-coordinator respectively. Each placeholder is expected to distribute awards to those who have assisted in completing the task of the month. General administration of the project will be done by the lead coordinator. The coordinator will have a general watch over the project to make sure that it is not inactive, along with preparing the newsletter. The bronze wiki barnstar - Will be given to the editor with the third most number of edits on the article during the month of June. The citation barnstar - Will be given to the top 3 editors who will improve and add most number of refs.(The editors are requested to mention "ref+" or "refimprove" in their edit summary; in order to make reviewing easy) The copyedit barnstar - Will be given to the top 3 editors who will make the most number of copyedits. This includes minor changes, such as neutralizing, grammar correction, etc. The working editor's barnstar - Will be given to the top 3 editors who will dedicate most time in making new sections, fixing them (such as renaming, making sub-sections, etc.) or adding information which was not previously present in the article (recent announcements, facts, creating tables, etc.). A great and grand success....

Moment of Joy!

What brought me to Wikipedia was the lack of information in the article of Meera. In mid-April 2012, after spending nearly 3 and a half months, I planned to add to those article which are seldom edited by others. Those included the Nawabs of Bengal & Murshidabad, articles related to it and soap opera articles. Soap operas are ongoing so I have to edit them daily but the article on the Nawabs is a piece of history...and I took up the work alone. Later, in May some editors helped me to fix typos and grammatical errors, but soon withdrew back their help. But, by God's grace I finished with the work today on 4 August 2012 and would love to share this success with you! My condition was same as the flying man in the pic, trying to catch a several things at the same time before it's too late. I don't know whether he succeeds or not, bu I did succeed! However, I still have to add some references and summarize the plots of soap opera articles in the soap opera articles. If you want, then you can help. Vyom I came on Wikipedia to make it a better encyclopedia and my work is near end. I may not be much active for the coming weeks and the coming month. My edit count per day is going to drop. I have worked day and night to reach my goal which is not far away. I am done. I may hardly sit on the net and log in here and remove vandalism and update soap opera articles.
