Bibliography
editDear Vogel ant789: Your page is coming along nicely. As you start to polish it up a bit in the next few weeks, try to fix the references so each one is only listed once in the reference list on the bottom. Have a nice weekend.Dbzam (talk) 19:47, 6 February 2015 (UTC)
Re:Helping your peers Vogel ant789
editHello, I enjoyed your article! I thought I might leave a few additional comments:
- There might be a little too much detail. For example, while I find it interesting that "Attempts to elucidate the amino acid sequence with techniques such as Edman degradation, mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy did not give distinct results", it might not be information that should be included in an encylcopedia.
- I noticed you used primary sources. This might be a function of the topic having few review articles. During my research, I came across a book, "Binding, Transport and Storage of Metal Ions in Biological Cells", to which we have electronic access to as students. There is a bit of information on LMWCr and perhaps you can use it as a secondary source as well.
- I came across this patent (US 20130330422) that has some information you might find interesting, but I am not sure on the wikipedia guidelines for citing patents.
- I especially liked the section about regarding the controversy and thought it was a good way to talk about the current state of research.
