Hi there! Just wanted to let you know that I removed the Demographics section from that article once again. The total population does not match the source cited in the lede, and since the percentages are unsourced, it's very likely they are inaccurate as well. In general, it's never a good idea to simply copy unsourced material from another wiki, and hard numbers especially need to be cited. Please let me know if you have any questions. That file is for municipal divisions, while our articles are primarily about administrative entities. That, of course, is moot with Omsky District—there the population count of both administrative and municipal district is the same. There is, however, already a source supporting the 94,086 figure in the article, so there is no need to add another one (but to answer your question, yes, links to .xlsx files are generally allowed). My problem with your addition was that it showed the total count of 92,600 and, presumably, the percentages were calculated using that number. To retain the passage, what we really need is a source which either shows those percentages directly or which has absolute counts (so the percentage can be easily calculated).
