Speedy deletion nomination of ITDM edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on ITDM, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Cahk (talk) 08:03, 3 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

May 2016 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from ITDM, a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. —teb728 t c 08:28, 3 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

May 2016 edit

Thank you for your recent contributions. Getting started creating new articles on Wikipedia can be tricky, and you might like to try creating a draft version first, which you can then ask for feedback on if necessary, with less risk of deletion. Do make sure you also read help available to you, including Your First Article and the Tutorial. You might also like to try the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version. Thank you. 220 of Borg 08:43, 6 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Ways to improve ITDM edit

Hi, I'm 220 of Borg. Vishaltyagiindia, thanks for creating ITDM!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Needs more sources to show wp:notability. It is not even clear what the organisation does.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. 220 of Borg 08:49, 6 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Page re-creation edit

Vishaltyagiindia, why are you creating new pages such as Draft:Integrated Talent Development Mission, that appear to be much the same as ITDM?. You should be trying to improve that page, not attempting to re-write it or re-create it under different names. Pinging: @Dodger67 and Wiae: who may be interested in this issue. 220 of Borg 12:29, 9 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Integrated Talent Development Mission edit

Do you have a connection to Integrated Talent Development Mission? The fact that you have tried two different methods to get its article accepted is typical of editors who have a conflict of interest. If you have a connection, see conflict of interest and paid editing and make any necessary disclosures. Robert McClenon (talk) 12:41, 9 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

(edit conflict) Note: this was started before Robert McClenon added his comments.
I'll also point out that this page has already been deleted 3 times. [1]. Continual re-creation of a page, without major improvement, suggests that you are here to promote the subject, or may have a conflict of interest, and are therefore not here to help improve Wikipedia (WP). Please seriously consider my comments. Regards, 220 of Borg 12:52, 9 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Integrated Talent Development Mission, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion".
