Thank you for your recent contributions. Getting started creating new articles on Wikipedia can be tricky, and you might like to try creating a draft version first, which you can then ask for feedback on if necessary, with less risk of deletion. Do make sure you also read help available to you, including Your First Article and the Tutorial. You might also like to try the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version. Ways to improve ITDM

Hi, I'm 220 of Borg. Vishaltyagiindia, thanks for creating ITDM!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Needs more sources to show wp:notability. It is not even clear what the organisation does.

Page re-creation

Vishaltyagiindia, why are you creating new pages such as Draft:Integrated Talent Development Mission, that appear to be much the same as ITDM?. You should be trying to improve that page, not attempting to re-write it or re-create it under different names. Nomination of ITDM for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article ITDM is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Do you have a connection to Integrated Talent Development Mission? The fact that you have tried two different methods to get its article accepted is typical of editors who have a conflict of interest. I'll also point out that this page has already been deleted 3 times. [1]. Continual re-creation of a page, without major improvement, suggests that you are here to promote the subject, or may have a conflict of interest, and are therefore not here to help improve Wikipedia (WP).
