GE sheep

edit

What makes you think that 200 years of selective breeding (ignoring what happened in Spain before the sheep came to Australia) hasn't resulted in a GE sheep anyway?Garrie 23:13, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure what the difference would be between implications of 200 years of selective breeding as opposed to genetic engineering would be. I am not familiar with the processes associated with the genetic engineering of animals. Genetic engineering of food crops has brought about problems with cross polonaise and litigation with licensing relating reuse of seed. This is not something that benefit the wool industry Viper233
