Ah, the competition that your boss noticed. I gather he said "If he can have an article, why not me? Secretary, make me an article!" Please read WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS. And thank you for bringing it to our attention. Maybe we will debate deleting it.

So, I will help you, but not to promote your boss. The rules are not tough and this website is not difficult. The difficulty has come from you recreating your userpage and article against warnings several times. The rules are simple here: This is an encyclopedia. There is no intention to promote anything but merely have a brief profile of him that only identifies what he does.
