- What productive contributions do you intend to make if unblocked? (as in what articles or topic areas are you interested in editing). answer to 1st question I will learn how to edit the wikipedia and i will try to edit when it is really helpful to people who reads that page. answer to 2nd question I am a marketing intern still learning digital marketing. answer to 3rd question I agree not to edit about clinic in the future.

You have agreed not to edit about the clinic you spammed a link about, but your statement that you are involved in digital marketing suggests to me that you will just promotionally edit about other subjects, possibly your clients. To be unblocked, you will need to provide better answers to the questions I give above, including being more specific about what you want to edit, and review and comply with WP:COI and WP:PAID.
