Possible copyright violation at your userpage edit

Some or all of the content appears to have been copy pasted from https://www.createspace.com/5013767 and has been removed. Please remember that you must write in your own words. We cannot copy and paste from other websites. Please read WP:COPYVIO. If I have made an error, please accept my apologies. Thank you. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 10:46, 3 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

I sent you a note about the two photos. I created the two.

Another copyright violation edit

You just created it again at Out of the Shoebox: An Autobiographic Mystery (Historical Nonfiction story), this time copy pasted from https://www.createspace.com/5013767.

You also wrote to me at my talk page about the image. If you wish to upload that to commons, you must send in an OTRS form. Please see User:Anna Frodesiak/OTRS for a sample of that. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 06:51, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

I see you've uploaded it. Please send in the OTRS or it will be deleted soon. Remember, OTRS is very clear that you must be the actual owner of the image or have the rights. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 07:02, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

What about File:Yaron 2014 Oil Y. Finkelman.jpg? Do you own the rights to that image? Anna Frodesiak (talk) 07:08, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Sample form edit

Please do not modify User:Anna Frodesiak/OTRS. Just copy paste it or use the below.

Thanks, I sent the email. What's next? Viki

You are welcome. Feel free to write the article without copy pasting and then add the images to the article. Here are some important things to read about:

Third time adding copyrighted content edit

I've deleted it again. It appears at http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/24291023-out-of-the-shoebox and at the bottom of that site it says "© 2015 Goodreads Inc". Although their terms of use says "...Except for your User Content, the Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and User Content (the "Goodreads Content"), and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Goodreads and its licensors...", the content in question was added to that site by "Pam". Pam owns it. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 07:58, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Sorry but you are wrong. Goodreads only publishes reviews on thousands of books, many of them exist on Wikipedia. They got the cover photo from me and the text (reviews) from many readers. Their copyrights cover their logo and format that have nothing to do with what I wrote. Why you are doing that...? Viki

Please help to understand... Only to show you that there is no problem: look on Wikipedia for: "The Diary of a Young Girl" which is Anne Frank story. You will fined reviews on Goodreads: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/48855.The_Diary_of_a_Young_Girl?ac=1 These reviews didn't stop from writing about the book on Wikipedia. There are many many more like this. Thanks, Viki

Your recent edits edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 08:12, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of 'Out of the Shoebox: An Autobiographic Mystery' edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on 'Out of the Shoebox: An Autobiographic Mystery', requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. —Eat me, I'm an azuki (talk · contribs · email) 10:04, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Policy at Wikipedia edit

"All creative works are copyrighted, by international agreement, unless either they fall into the public domain or their copyright is explicitly disclaimed."

I did not know that articles use copy pasted content from that site. If you can point out articles where the content was taken from that site and added to Wikipedia (and not the other way around), please say. Also, please read WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS.

If you want to point out the Anne Frank content in question, please do.

So, please do not create that article again unless it is in your own words.

You also supplied no references at all. Did you read WP:42?

Also, you obviously have a conflict of interest and I think you are here to promote your friend's book.

Anna Frodesiak (talk) 10:19, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I changed the text that it will read more objective :-) Please help to edit. I don't want to advertise only to give information Thanks, Viki

Warning edit

You've recreated it for the fourth time. It was still substantially copy pasted. If you recreate it again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 11:00, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

I wrote it from the beginning and changed it completely. Really hope it is OK

Thanks Viki

Blocked edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

I've blocked you for 24 hours. Content was still copy pasted from http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/24291023-out-of-the-shoebox.

Anna Frodesiak (talk) 12:04, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

It is not Copy Pasted ! the text is 100% new and the photo is my photo. Please be so kind and tell be what I copied? or advice what I should do. Thanks, Viki

Much of it is copy pasted. See this. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 12:45, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
Strike that. It of course doesn't work now when you click it because the article is deleted. I will dig up the text and show you. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 12:48, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
Okay, your lastest version contained basically two paragraphs. The entire second paragraph was exactly the same as this. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 12:51, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

These second paragraph was written by the author as a public information on Amazon, Google, Goodreads and more. I can't create a new CV for Yaron Reshef there are no copyrights issues in the CV information... The same is on his website...

If you will find the time to read the book maybe you will understand why I try to do it. maybe you are able to help???

Please read the "Policy at Wikipedia" section I wrote above. I'm not going to explain this again. When your block expires, I strongly urge you to find references if you recreate this article. If you don't it will surely be nominated for deletion. If you recreate it using any copy pasted material, you may be blocked indefinitely. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 13:16, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

October 2015 edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted.

Please take this opportunity to be sure you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Mkdwtalk 13:34, 10 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
  • You've recreated the article using much of the same phrasing from https://sites.google.com/site/outoftheshoeboxnovel/about. You have repeatedly failed to adhere to this core policy and made entirely incorrect statements like "I wrote it from the beginning and changed it completely." but clearly did not. Further, you've made claims that because CV information is posted at places like Amazon, it is somehow not copyrighted which is not correct. Mkdwtalk 13:38, 10 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
